LET YOUR CUSTOMERS GET THEIR FORMS WITH EASE!

You can receive your own private link that you share only with your customers. They will be able to select their state and county, then download the appropriate forms that you require depending on their selections. They can then fill out an online listing form which has the questions from the data sheet required by their local MLS, again depending on their selections (state and county). Once submitted, their responses will be emailed directly to you (so that you can enter the info into the MLS).

The email responses can be sorted in any order you prefer. The most logical way would be for them to be ordered in the same way that the MLS asks you to enter them. For example, when entering a new listing into the MLS, it will ask you the questions in a particular order. We can have the customers responses sent to you in the same order so that you can streamline the listing data entry process.

HOW IT WORKS:
It's simple, you would just send us the forms that you would like to be hosted on the site; if different counties require different forms, you let us know, we will link the various forms to the appropriate counties. You also can send us the MLS datasheet questions for each MLS you cover, and we will set up the online form using those same questions. The setup cost is low because we only just started offering the service and would like to get more companies on board.
